Emma Raducanu had an impressive run in Wimbledon, where she reached the fourth round after starting her tournament from the main draw thanks to a well-deserved wild-card conceded by the local organization.
Emma got to the second week of the Championships after conceding no sets in the first 3 matches. Unfortunately, she had to retire in the fourth round when she was facing Ajla Tomljanovic when the scoreline was 6-4 3-0 because she was having issues with breathing.
Emma later explained that her issues were caused by the overall situation and the stress of becoming an instant sensation. Nevertheless, her great tennis and sparkling personality made her conquer fans in the UK and old over the world.
Raducanu is now regrouping, and she had the luxury of watching England win the semi-finals of Euro 2020.

At the moment ranked no.338, Raducanu played her last match on the 5th of July when she had to retire when playing against world no.75 Ajla Tomljanovic in the 4th round and the scoreline was 6-4 3-0 .
At the moment, during this season Raducanu has achieved an overall 5-3 record.
