Nick Kyrgios

Nick Kyrgios and Naomi Osaka have completely different personalities. Still, they experienced similar mental health issues when trying to cope with the pressure coming from being a professional tennis player.

During a recent interview with “No Boundaries,” Nick Kyrgios talked about mental illness and how many tennis players go through it. The Australian took the example of Naomi Osaka to say:

“General people these days, genuinely feel, like, scared to come out and say -‘I am actually struggling mentally’. They are afraid to go to their friends or their parents because they think they are wake or something.”

“I feel like we have all gone and been through some pretty rough places where we were struggling. We got to just take stones of where things, like, where people are trying to hide behind.”
