Jannik Sinner explains how kind was Djokovic with him. Next Bautista-Agut in Barcelona

Jannik Sinner expresses his gratitude for Novak Djokovic after he gave his hints about how the young Italian should improve his tennis

Jannik Sinner And Novak Djokovic

Jannik Sinner lost a rather straightforward match against Novak Djokovic in Monte Carlo. The Serbian legend is on great terms with Jannik Sinner’s coach Riccardo Piatti. After the match, Riccardo went to Novak Djokovic to ask his opinion about the young Italian.

Eventually, the world number 1 was so kind to give three or four tips about how Jannik should improve his tennis. That was an incredible gesture from Djokovic because Jannik Sinner is already one of his most dangerous competitors despite the young age.

During a recent press conference set in Barcelona, Jannik Sinner confirmed that he received those hints from Novak Djokovic. The Italian sensation commented:

Novak was kind to give us his point of view and to tell us how we can improve. We took inspiration from his words. I will not tell you what Djokovic told us!”

According to Riccardo Piatti, Jannik Sinner started to train the day after, working on what Novak Djokovic said.
