Stefanos Tsitsipas and Nick Kyrgios share a special relationship and that might be extended also with the rest of Stefanos’ family.
The world no.6 is about to start his campaign at the ATP Cup and he attended an interesting press conference that many defined as a family affair with the presence of his brother Petros and father Apostolos.
Rapping with Kyrgios
During the press conference, all sorts of questions were asked. One of the quirkiest was a possible “rapping partnership” between Stefanos’ brother Petros and Nick Kyrgios. After the question was asked, Stefanos asked to refer to Petros that commented:
“Collaboration? I don’t think Nick is into doing music so much. I don’t know. I recently got into music. I’m creating some songs from now and then. It’s nothing serious. Hopefully it turns to something serious, but it’s just for fun.”
Then Stefanos kicked in to say that they may try to convince Kyrgios.
“I think we can manage a way to push Nick to get along and help us out. At least he’ll for once get creative and be part of something important, you know. Music is a great thing that we have,” he sai

At the moment ranked no.6, Tsitsipas played his last match on the 19th of November 2020 when he lost to Rafael Nadal 6-4 4-6 6-2 in the round robin in the Nitto ATP Finals (draw).
Nick Kyrgios in 2021
Ranked world no.47, Kyrgios played his last match on the 25th of February 2020 when he had to retire when playing against Ugo Humbert in the 1st round and the scoreline was 6-3 .
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Nick Kyrgios faced off just twice. Their current record is 2-0 for Kyrgios. Previously, the last time they played each other, Nick Kyrgios won 7-6(7) 6-7(3) 7-6(5) in the round robin in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney (ATP Cup) in January 2020.
