Another very bad news for Mardy Fish as he decided not to play in San Jose this coming Febraury.
The American has not been playing for several months to deal with a bizzarre condition that makes he deal with deal with an irregular heartbeat.
Mardy was out for a couple of months in the first part of the season to then withdraw from the US Open. Then the American skipped the last 5 months to miss also the Australian Open.

In a recent communicate Mardy said that he won’t be able to play i nSan Jose “due to ongoing heart issues”
Maybe retiring?
Mardy is 31 years old, he has achieved to goal to be the American no.1 and to break into the top 10 to reach the 7th spot in rankings. He has a wonderful wife and he shouldn’t have problems with his finance.
This problem is rather quirky….sad to say, but… it might be better to let it go.
