The ATP calendar has been experiencing many changes this year with the inclusion of some new ATP250 that had the license to be staged just for 1 year. Singapore will have one of these events as it will will host an ATP250 this year soon after the Australian Open. This was a good move from the ATP as many players go back to Europe through Singapore anyway after playing the major Down Under.
