At the moment ranked no.22, the Chilean played his last match on the 29th of October 2020 when he was overcome by Dominic Thiem 6-3 6-2 in the 2nd round in Vienna (draw).

Hubert Hurkacz in 2021

John Isner and Hubert Hurkacz played each other twice. The head to head is 2-0 for Isner. Previously, the last time when they played, John Isner won 7-5 6-4 in the 1st round in New York (Western & Southern Open) in August 2020.
