The Bryans are one match away from making history

Here we are with the Flying Brothers just one little step away from making history.

So far nobody, but the Australians Ken McGregor and Frank Sedgman in 1951, managed to hold all four slams in dobles… the Bryans are just there.

The American twins won the last 3 majors (US Open, Australian Open and Roland Garros) to play in the final in Wimbledon. The duo came from a very tough semifinal when they defeated Rohan Bopanna and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-3, 5-7, 6-3. Now they will play Dodig and Melo for the glory.

From Mike

“It’s definitely a great opportunity to do something a team’s never done before. We’re just going to go out there and have fun. There’s not a huge amount of pressure. We’re going to try to go out and win the Wimbledon title, which we’ve done before. We’re playing kind of a fairytale team, Melo and Dodig, in their first Grand Slam final. We’ll be tough to beat if we play well.” said Mike.

Can they make it? Yes they can!
