Naomi Osaka is currently enjoying the off season. The Japanese sensation decided to stay out of the competitions after she won the US Open as she was struggling with a problem with her hamstring. The result was that she played just 4 tournaments this season, but winning the major in the US made her 2020 a successful year.
Naomi is the female athlete that earned the most last year, according to Forbes and her sponsors are doing everything they can to monetize Naomi’s attractiveness. Nike is launching a new “Naomi Osaka” logo that world no.3 will feature on and off the court.
Naomi posted a couple of images on Instagram with a message expressing her eagerness to officially see Nike launching her collection. That will happen pretty soon.
“My moods because I’m constantly between being extremely nervous and relieved that my Nike collection is dropping tomorrow. @nikecourt we coming in hot tomorrow 🤤🔥👌🏾 #teamnike,” she wrote.

Now ranked no.3, the Japanese played her last match on the 12th of September when she defeated Victoria Azarenka 1-6 6-3 6-3 in the final of the U.S. Open to win her 6th career title.
Currently, this year Osaka has a composed 16-3 win-loss record. Naomi clinched 1 title at the U.S. Open. The Japanese reached the final in New York.
