On Wednesday, the Ukrainian ace had a good straight-sets win over the always dangerous Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. Gael was having an outstanding run in 2020 before the Coronavirus pandemic as he has already cliched 2 titles in Montpellier and in Rotterdam. The Frenchman will kick start his run in Rome on Thursday against the world no.97 Dominik Koepfer.
