Nick Kyrgios hit the headlines many times during the Coronavisur pandemic after slamming the like of Novak Djokovic, Sascha Zverev, and Dominic Thiem. The Australian has some more for Borna Coric.
Borna Coric and the Coronavirus
Borna participated in the controversial Adria Tour and like some of his colleagues was infected by the Coronavirus. During a recent interview, Coric showed his support for Djokovic and also expressed his disappointment for Kyrgios calling out so publicly Sascha Zverev on a couple of times.
Kyrgios didn’t like what he read and he took aim at Borna Coric to tweet
“You should care. Do you have rocks in your head? Again, you can stand up for your mates, I’m just trying to hold them accountable. When I said what I said, I didn’t intend to bother. They are tennis players, they aren’t special. Just as I thought Coric intellectual level = 0“
It doesn’t seem that Kyrgios will have many friends left one he will be back on tour.
