Naomi Osaka has always stated her desire to meet Barack Obama and she is definitely on the same wavelength with his wife Michelle about the current situation in the US.
Naomi has been extremely active during the days that followed George Floyd’s killing also and especially on social media. The Japanese sensation has now pledged to be “a peaceful person” after having some skirmish with the fans over twitter.
However, Naomi didn’t miss the chance to support with a retweet Michelle Obama’s statement of protesting to reform the criminal justice system in the US.
When it comes to reforming our criminal justice system, protesting is important. And pairing it with voting is the best way to create lasting change.
