HOT SHOT
Monfils’s Interview
After the match, Gael commented:
“The tennis level was not as good as we can. I think we both were very nervous for each reasons. He wants to reach the Top 20. I want to seal my spot in the Top 10 and maybe have an opportunity to steal the last spot for London. It was really tough, but we had great fun.
It’s easy to have pressure on, because everybody sometimes wants it too much, for the Race to London. For me, first is securing the Top 10 and then maybe we see for London. Everybody’s talking a lot in my ear, so it’s tough sometimes. I try to stay with my team in my bubble.”
