Nick Kyrgios is starting his 2018 clay court season in Houston.

Seeded no.3, the Australian is eager to add another title in 2018 after his triumph in Brisbane. After the 1st round bye, the Australian is projected to face either his friend and compatriot Jordan Thompson or Bjorn Fratangelo in the 2nd round. Them in the 3rd round, Nick may have a tasty clash with Fernando Verdasco after their recent quarrel on the social media. In the semifinal, Kyrgios may face his friend and seed no.2 Sam Querrey.
