Good news for the fans in Monte Carlo as Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are in the official entry list.
Rafa hasn’t been able to complete or participate in the last 9 competitions since Shanghai 2017. The Spanish sensation decided to withdraw from Indian Wells and Miami to get ready for the crucial clay court swing that is the backbone of his season. Nadal will compete in Monte Carlo where he has won the trophy 10 times and he will be at the draw ceremony that will take place the 13th of April.
Novak Djokovic, Grigor Dimitrov, and Sascha Zverer are also going to compete while, as expected, Roger Federer will not play. Unfortunately, Stan Wawrinka will also be unable to compete because of his problems to the knee.
