At just 18 years of age, he has won 2 Challengers, he has reached the semifinal at the ATP1000 in Montreal, and he reached the 4th round at the US Open starting from the qualifications.Denis has also attracted the attention of the media for his extremely aggressive tennis, his likable personality, and his fantastic one-handed backhand.

Now ranked no.51, the Canadian has started the season no.250 before starting his incredible ascent and be awarded by his own Federation as the Canadian male player of the year
