Weird Stuff in Miami.
After few hours when there was the rumor going around that Novak Djokovic would not have been able to compete in Miami because of an elbow injury, Andy Murray announced that he would not compete in Miami because of an elbow injury (!!!).
The Briton hasn’t played much recently especially after he crashed out in the opener in Indian Wells at the hands of Vasek Pospisil. Soon after, the Briton went to Miami to train, but then he decided not to compete because of a problem with his elbow.
I will focus on clay
Andy issued a rather stern statement as follows
"Sadly, due to a right elbow injury, I won't be playing in Miami. Apologies to the fans, it's one of my favorite tournaments. The focus now is on getting ready for the clay season."
Hisj next stop should be the ATP1000 in Monte-Carlo that is due to the 17th of April.
This seems to be the year of Roger Federer.
